About thefasteryoupedal

Hi! I'm Liz and I am a 38 year old teacher from Las Cruces, New Mexico. I'm also a fan of mountain biking, road biking, running, and traveling. I'm always up to try something new! This blog is for me to share ideas and also to receive new ideas!

Post Pregnancy BEFORE Picture

Well….l  am now five weeks postpartum and feel like I have given my body time to rest.  While I was pregnant, I didn’t believe a word anyone said when they suggested to wait a while after your pregnant to get a big workout in.  I’ve heard so many stories of people who went to the doctor and the doctor told them that, because they were too hard on their body, that they had to wait three more weeks to work out.  I hope that is not the case for me.  Judgment day is tomorrow when I meet with my doctor for the last time!

BEFORE

Here is my BEFORE picture.  I am currently at 170 pounds.  Yes, I am going to be completely honest on here to make me work harder and be honest with myself.  Considering I was 197 pounds when I had Olivia, I will take this weight now.  Not being able to breastfeed has hurt me pretty bad on the weight loss, but I have accepted it and plan to work even harder.

Here is my goal weight picture.  I weighed 135 pounds at this point and thought I was fat.  There is NO WAY I would feel like that again and I won’t.

GOAL

Really, I am not aiming for 135 pounds.  I am actually looking into hitting the 140’s.  When I won the jersey for the mountain bike series I was at that range and I felt pretty healthy. I think when it comes down to the 120’s, I look too sick.  I want to just look and feel healthy.

Each week I will document my goals and what I did to lose the weight.  Here’s to a healthy summer!

PREGNANCY WEIGHT: 197 lbs.

BEFORE WEIGHT: 170 lbs.

AFTER WEIGHT: 140 lbs.

One Month Old

1month

Stats: 9.6 pounds, 22 inches, 75th percentile for Head Size

Favorites:  swaddle blankets and Soothie pacifiers

Lifesavers for Mom and Dad: Fisher Price Rock and Play, Soothie pacifiers, and her Fisher Price swing…

Things She Hates:  baths, lotion on her skin, sneezing while you are holding her…

Facts: Can see 12-18 inches away, making eye contact, sleeping a lot

Sleep Habits:  Every 3 hours she wakes up to feed…it is like clockwork!

Doctors Visits: Her normal 1 month check up.  Also we found out she has acid reflux and needed drops.  She also has a birthmark on her eye that I thought was allergies.  Weird huh?

Eating Habits: She’s an eater.  We switched from Enfamil Newborn to Gerber Soothe and then back to Enfamil. We thought it was constipating her, but its just formula in general.  Personally, I didn’t like the Gerber Soothe because it clumps up.  When she is 3 months, I will switch her to the Target brand of Enfamil.

Milestones: Just beginning to smile and coo.  She just woke up one day and did it. She is really good at holding her head up too!

Looking Forward To: Tummy time, reading to her, taking her out on the BOB stroller, taking her to the mall, and sleeping through the night!

Olivia’s NICU Story

Olivia didn’t just have a small birth story.  Her story extends a week into her life.  The day after Olivia was born, we received some pretty bad news.  About five hours after I had Olivia, two doctors came into the room and told us that Olivia had a fracture on the back of her head.  They asked us for permission to do a cat scan. We agreed to it and then went to check on her.

It was the first time I had seen her since the birth and she looked totally different! She was a little pale and she seemed really irritable.  The nurse told us that she had stopped breathing a couple of times and that she possibly had anemia and needed a blood transfusion.

I went back to my room to meet my sister, when we had a bigger group of doctors come in.  They explained that our hospital was a very small hospital and that when they got the results from the cat scan, that it looked like there was blood on the brain.  They wanted us to transfer her to El Paso where they could send her to Las Palmas, which had a NICU that specialized in brain trauma.

We were a mess.  The worst part was seeing her in a box being wheeled out to the ambulance.  Mike rode with the ambulance while my sister and I rode in the car behind them.  Yes, that’s right…not even 12 hours later I was leaving the hospital in stitches.  It hurt soooo bad!

ambulance

Olivia stayed at Las Palmas for a week.  When she first showed up she was given two blood transfusions and put in the back of the NICU where the critical babies stayed.  The nurses said she was pretty irritable and were wondering if it had to do with the fracture.  Personally, I think she was irritable after being poked and prodded so much.  Mike and I were so worried that she wouldn’t know who we were.

NICU1 - Copy

We were lucky enough to have the Ronald McDonald House offer us a place to stay so that we wouldn’t have to go back and forth so much from El Paso to Las Cruces.  I have heard of the charity before, but I am amazed at how wonderful the people were and how wonderful a place it was!

NICU2

The first day was spent with two blood transfusions.  They wouldn’t let us hold her because of how irritable she was.  It was so hard!  She was so pale and looked so tired. Poor girl.  We were able to slip in and take some pictures while Jen was visiting and got some pictures taken.

NICU3

During the visit, I was still having some complications and had to stop by the ER to get things checked out.  Mike and I were starting to get a collection of bracelets.

NICU5

By day two, she was already looking better.  She started to get color back and we were able to hold her, feed her, and change her diaper.  They took her down for a MRI and we patiently waited the results.  They said that there was blood, but that it was in a spot between her skull and the brain.  The blood was not touching the brain, but we still needed to watch her.

NICU6

Our niece Carolyn gave Olivia this doll at her baby shower, so we brought her along to keep her company.  When we met with the doctor about the MRI, he was pretty positive about her recovery.  He still had to tell us that there was a 1 percent chance of some issues later on in life, but wasn’t too worried about it.

NICU7

Every day we went when visiting hours were available.  It was nice to have the Ronald McDonald House to go to when the NICU closed.  Mike and I took turns feeding her, changing her, and burping her.  It was good practice for when we had to take her home.  She had to stay at least for a week because of the antibiotics she was on.  The doctor told us if he sent her home, he didn’t want a sick baby coming back right away.  She was getting better and better each day.

NICU8

By day 5, they moved her to the back room where the healthier babies were.  It was a lot quieter considering all the noise from the monitors in the NICU.  On day 6, she had to get tested for hearing and then take the car seat test.  She had to sit in the car seat for an hour and half hooked up to monitors.  Normally, a baby will fall asleep during the test, not this one!

NICU9

She started to cry a little bit so we were really nervous!  I sat on the ground and rocked her for an hour while we held our breath. We wanted her to pass so we could take her home!  She made it! (She did end up falling asleep the last five minutes.)

By the end of the week, her monitoring looked good.  Her breathing was back to normal and she had great eating habits.  In fact, the bump on the back of her head was completely gone.

She is such a trooper!

Olivia’s Birth Story

It’s about stinking time I have time to blog on here.  I have been meaning to quickly type out Olivia’s birth story since it has been three weeks, but things have been so hectic and crazy!  I am starting to feel more like myself, which is good.

Well, here we go…Olivia’s birth story as told three weeks later. I hope you don’t mind the random pictures of the day put in between the story.

olivia1

The day before I go into the hospital, I have my final doctor’s visit.  Again, I am mad because they refuse to talk to me about inducing (even though I was 40 weeks) and continue to tell me to push it to 41 weeks.  I finally negotiate with my favorite midwife that she needed to “sweep my membrane” (pretty much they go in the cervix and move things around to get contractions going..it is not a definite thing, but I figured what the heck!).

My sister and I decided that we would go out in a blaze of glory and eat some Andele’s the night before.  I remember thinking how it could be my last meal (like I was dying or something) and that this could be it.

olivia2

I woke up about 2 in the morning feeling bad for my sister because she came to take newborn pictures and was feeling like that wasn’t going to happen.  I quickly go back to sleep and wake up an hour later feeling some cramping going on…like really bad cramps that I had never felt before.  I asked myself if they were contractions, so I just stared at the clock and waited.  They went away and then at 3:20, they came back again.  I called the “hotline” to my doctor’s office to get an opinion and she tells me to wait until it’s about 5 minutes apart or if my water breaks.

Let me tell you that Mike was about due to wake up at  5:30 to go participate in a duathlon that morning.  He had been looking forward to it for a while and was training really hard.  I asked the midwife if she thought he might have the time to go do it and then meet me at the hospital.  She told me not to chance it.  Ha ha.

olivia3

I showered and got all packed up and ready.  Things felt pretty good.  My contractions were about six minutes apart when I left the house. My sister had an app on her phone where she was keeping track for me.  (So funny the apps they have these days…for everything!).   I have a picture of us driving to the hospital that my sister took.  Mike had to call his mom to make sure Barney was taken care of.

We signed in at about 6:30 and they put me in triage.  The nurse said I looked to happy to be close to labor.  She told me I would hate her later on and that’s when I would definitely be in labor.  About an hour or two later is when the tears started flowing.  I was still sitting in triage and I was getting mad because they weren’t moving me to a room and doing anything.  The custodian kept coming in to clean up the room and I would get so excited that the nurse was coming and it wasn’t her.  Finally, the midwife showed up to talk to me about walking around the hallway because I wasn’t dilated enough. The contractions hurt pretty bad.  When you see the pictures my sister took, I was not acting.

olivia4

After about another hour and a half of walking around, they finally put me in a room.  It was room 213 and I was trying not to be superstitious, so I didn’t say anything.  (Later on I found out that Mike was nervous of the room number and was about to ask to have me switched..we are so silly!)  By this time, it was almost noon and I was starving!  But guess what, I was put on a liquid diet because I was getting an epidural.  So they brought in broth and a popsicle for me.  Yay for me!

The contractions started to get worse and I wasn’t too happy about life.  I tried to rest, but it hurt.  I kept wondering where the midwife was and come to find out another girl had come in after me and had an emergency C Section, so everyone was over there working on her.  Finally about 2:00 in the afternoon, they started talking about giving me the epidural.  They told me they didn’t want to break my water until the other midwife came in at four.  Are you kidding me?  I couldn’t even look her in the face I was so mad.

The epidural went great.  I was pretty nervous about it, but it felt awesome and I was actually ready for a cat nap.  4:00 rolls around and finally they come in to break my water.  I got another meal of broth and a popsicle.  I was starving!! 5:00 rolls around and they check if I am dilated and discuss that I was only a 4 (even though the previous midwife said I was a 5) and how people have different opinions about dilations.  Who cares…quit teasing me!  She asked me if I wanted to speed things up and I was gladly obliging, so they gave me some Pitocin.

Everything seemed like a blur from 5 til about 8.  I was really mad because nobody would come check on me.  I could see the contractions were steady on the monitor (see the picture above with the lines going off the chart), but I couldn’t feel them. I kept watching the monitors and saw the contractions, but nothing was happening.  All I know is at about 8, I was ready to go!  It had been a long day.  I was so angry.  10:00 rolls around and my midwife comes in and asked if I had an urge to push.  I really didn’t.  Everyone talks about it, but I never really did.  I lied and told her I did.  I started pushing.  I was definitely dilated to a ten at this point and they started to bring everyone in to prep the room.

They brought in the NICU team because they thought maybe Olivia swallowed her own poop, so they wanted to make sure she was ok.  11:00 rolls around and I am still pushing.  I start to get really frustrated.  She wasn’t budging.  We kept watching the clock wondering if she was going to be born on a Saturday or Sunday.

12:00 rolls around.  I am pushing, yet nothing is happening.  I start yelling a lot because I was mad at how long I had been pushing and sitting there all day.  I even yell to get rid of the clock because I was so tired of looking at the time.  My sister takes it off the wall.  By this time, I felt a lot of pain. I kept thinking my epidural wore off.  My right leg was cramping so bad I couldn’t move.  It felt like a workout gone bad.

By now, I have no idea what time it is, but all I know is that I feel like something is wrong.  I yell at my midwife to help me!  I yell at everyone to help me.  I tell them I will even switch positions.  They thought I couldn’t because of the epidural, but I show them that I could move my legs around, so I start switching positions.  I was pushing and pushing and pushing.  Now that I look back, that went on for about two hours.

I can hear the midwife tell Mike that Olivia was in a weird position.  Also, she says something about a mark on her head from when I was dilated to a four for a long time.  I get mad because they are all discussing what they see, yet I feel like nothing is progressing.  At this point, I channel my anger.  I start growling and thinking of my worst workouts I have ever done where I felt so much pain but still pushed through.  I kept thinking that I was in a workout class and that I just had to get through the workout.  I know, so weird.

The midwife used the vacuum once and moved Olivia’s position.  She looked a little worried from my end.  I could see the look of panic on Mike’s face and I was losing patience with everyone.  I think I had like five people on me helping me push and I was yelling at all of them.  I finally got so fed up and pushed as hard as I could and she slipped out!

olivia6

They run Olivia over to check on her and they tell us her temperature is a little high so they are going to keep an eye on her.  Just a side note for those of you who had babies, when they push down on your stomach to get everything out….that hurts more than the birth!!

I was able to spend a few minutes with her and then the family came in to see her before she went off to the NICU for her temperature check.

olivia5

Mike went with them to check her out and make sure everything was ok. At that point, she was fine, but the next day is when we found out there was more to the story.

olivia7

What a sweetheart.  Look at those cute lips! This is my favorite picture of her birth because of the emotion in Mike’s eyes.

olivia8

Stay tuned for more about her NICU story.  I figure I would put it in a different post just because there is a lot to say!  But she made it!

The Light At The End of the Tunnel

pregnancywo

39 weeks!  We made it to the final week before baby girl is born!  Mike and I have been a little impatient with little one coming.  We totally thought we would have her early, but that is not the case.  If I don’t have her by Friday, we may have to talk about induction!

There have been many suggestions on how to induce labor and one of them is to get regular exercise.  Thankfully I have a membership to the gym, so I made this workout for the week.  When I am on the treadmill, I put it on incline about 1.5 and keep my speed at about 2.5.  I am loving the weights.  It makes me feel like less of a marshmallow and tones out those arms and legs!

By the way, if you are impatient about your baby coming, here are some suggestions on how to naturally INDUCE labor according to my midwives:

induction

Personally, I don’t believe it works.  I think the baby comes when it wants to, but people swear by it.  I think it is some kind of conspiracy that the midwives came up with so that crazy nine month pregnant ladies don’t lose it.  We have been doing this since 38 weeks and NOTHING.

But hey, I still do it anyway.  Doesn’t hurt to try!

Diabetic Breakfast

So when I wake up in the morning, I have to check my blood sugar to make sure it is below 95 on the glucose meter.  After that, I am game to make breakfast and eat!

Two hours after breakfast, I have to make sure my blood sugar levels are below 120. I try to keep my numbers in 80’s and 90’s, so I follow the plan the lady at the health district gave me on how to eat a diabetic breakfast.

She suggested to steer clear of super sugary foods.  I try to lay off the carbs, but this is pretty much what I eat every work day.  I am a creature of routine and thankfully, I can handle eating the same breakfast every day.

Ideas:

pbapple

She told me to always pair a carb with protein.  I guess the fact that you eat protein helps to break down the carbohydrates that you eat.  They balance each other out.  Hence, apples and peanut butter make a good snack or breakfast item.  I use this as my snack after I check my blood sugar later on in the day.

Meats are good.  I eat two or three strips of turkey bacon a lot or a few links of turkey sausage on the side of my breakfast dish.

almond

Every morning I make myself an almond milk shake.  I love milkshakes!  The problem is milk has a lot of sugar.  Almond milk has 50 percent more calcium than milk and fewer calories.  I prefer the Almond breeze Original, which is only 60 calories.  I add a dash of chocolate almond milk to my blender to make it a little chocolate-y.  (I am a chocoholic!)  I freeze my Cool Whip Free or in my case, the Wal-Mart brand of whipped topping LIGHT.  Add a couple of scoops to one cup of almond milk, blend it, and you have a pretty good shake!  I used to drink these all the time when I was on my wedding diet too.  It makes a great dessert.  Add some sugar free jello chocolate pudding if you don’t have chocolate milk.

pbtoast

Since I save my peanut butter and apples for a snack later, peanut butter toast is the way to start off the day.  I highly recommend finding Ezekiel Bread from the local organic food store.  My mom freezes hers and then toasts it to keep it fresher longer.  The cinnamon raisin is my preference. If you don’t want to try Ezekiel Bread, any whole grain bread will do.  My dietician recommends to steer clear of any bread with honey, since it has hidden sugars.

Another breakfast idea is anything with eggs!  Eggs are a great source of protein and help keep your blood sugar levels at bay.  A lot of times if I am out and about in the morning, I will stop by McDonald’s and get an Egg McMuffin.  They are only 380 calories and keep the sugars down.

38 Weeks!

IMG_3794

How far along: 38 Weeks, 3 Days

Maternity clothes: So it’s kind of sad because I can’t fit into some of my maternity clothes too!  I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t even care. Workout clothes it is! The hardest part is going to work because I don’t really have any professional clothes to wear that look really nice.

Stretch marks: No.

Sleep: Pretty good.  I just keep having the weirdest dreams!

Best moment this week:  Seeing her at the ultrasound.  Also, Mike and I got a lot of alone time this week just hanging out, watching TV, talking, sleeping, and going out on little dates.  We know it’s the calm before the storm so we’ve been having a lot of fun just enjoying the last moments of freedom!

Miss anything: The usual.  Working out has been a pretty big thing on my mind lately.  Usually this time of year I am training for some sort of race and it feels funny not to be doing it.

Morning sickness:  None

Movement: She keeps staying head down but switching her body from the left side to the right side.  When she sticks her butt out, we call it “The Horn” because my stomach looks like a massive horn sticking up.  Her shoulders and arms have been sticking out my left side a lot too.
Food cravings: Crepes.  Totally random!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing as of late.
Have you started to show yet: Still hanging on strong at the same weight this week.  She is measuring at 40 weeks. She is a big girl!
Gender prediction: Girl.  The ultrasound this week definitely confirmed that!
Labor signs: Occasional cramps.  A lot of pelvic pressure.  Some contractions here or there….but no steady contractions. 😦
Belly button in or out: Out…. and showing through shirts.  I tried the band-aid trick this week to hide it, but it didn’t work.
Wedding rings on or off: Off.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Both.  It depends on the time of day.
I’m not going to lie…my doctor’s appointments used to be exciting to go to, but since my midwives are SO stuck on me not inducing or even checking my cervix to see if I am dialated, I just show up each week thinking “Yep, I’m still pregnant. Go ahead, take my blood pressure and weight and then measure the baby and send me on my way.”  (I know I should be grateful to have a healthy baby…but as you can tell, I AM READY!)
I realized this week how impatient we were being, but it’s more for me to just “get this show on the road” so I can start adapting to my life to having a baby.  I am all business and I like to just get things done.  Believe me, I know we will be like “Why were we in such a hurry?”, but my type A personality fights me on it! Plus, hearing birth story after birth story gets me all wound up wondering what mine is going to be!
Looking forward to: Laying on my right side and stomach, workouts, eating deli sandwiches and lots of sushi, drinking Keva Juice, running, mountain and road biking, and walking up the stairs without being winded! To think I could go two more weeks!!

Recipe Round Up #1

I have been taking the last few days off work to get my life in order before the craziness of the baby sets in. (I was also hoping that the baby would decide to come too, but she is pretty darn comfy in there, so back to work it is!)  In between my errands and chores, I’ve been trying out different recipes.

Of course, the sweet tooth in me has been going crazy and considering I do have gestational diabetes, I have to be really careful!  I still tried a couple of recipes out that I found on Pinterest or the internet that I would highly recommend.

I have never made crepes before and came across a basic recipe.  Since I am not drinking milk right now, I substituted almond milk for regular milk and put splenda in instead of sugar.  I felt so accomplished!  Here is my finished product!

 crepes

It was pretty easy to pour into a skillet and it stays pretty thin.  I added some strawberries on the inside, cool whip free, and a little dash of chocolate syrup (which can be substituted with sugar-free chocolate syrup).  It was great!

When my mom was here, we tried out a Pinterest recipe on how to make a simple berry cobbler.

cobbler

All you do is put frozen berries in a baking pan, pour white or vanilla cake mix on top, and then pour 12 ounces of sprite on top of it without stirring.  Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes and you get an awesome, crispy cobbler! So easy!!

Of course, I had to put some Sweet Cece’s vanilla yogurt on top!

Dealing With MS

Last week Mike was feeling numb in the nose area of his face.  Since we had the scare in April of 2011 when Mike lost his eyesight to optic neuritis, we were a little on edge waiting to see if symptoms got worse this week.  A couple of days later the side of his face started going numb all the way up to his scalp.

With a little provoking at the doctor’s office to get Mike in as soon as possible (which required me sitting in the waiting room while he was at work and negotiating with the secretary), we were able to get him into a quick appointment that afternoon where the doctor diagnosed a new lesion near his brain stem (different from the previous few he has) and quickly sent us to Memorial Medical Center for infusion therapy.

  IMG_3775

There are so many theories as to why we think these lesions are popping up.  Multiple Sclerosis is one of those diseases that no one really knows the cause.  There are so many theories out there as to why it is so common now and what causes it.  I am all for research on it so that they can find the cause!  I find it strange that the optic neuritis from two years ago was in the same month.  We’ve researched so many things linked to MS, which includes stress, heat, and genetics, that it could be anything!

IMG_3773

This time Mike had to have steroid treatments for three days in a row instead of five days, which we were excited about.  Last time at about day three, Mike was feeling super bloated and could hardly breathe.  A few of the symptoms from this therapy is queasiness, bloating in the stomach and chest area, and insomnia.

IMG_3774

(Yes, I look nine months pregnant…because I am.  Try not to notice the lack of makeup and grooming.  I promise when this baby comes that I will worry more about public appearances.)

I was glad to spend time with Mike this time because last time I had to work the whole time he went into therapy.  It makes the time go by faster and I am cherishing these one on one times now that the baby is looming around the corner.  Too bad it had to be in a hospital!  Mike has been riding his bike and going to the gym and it seems to make him feel a little bit better this time around.

IMG_3778

This picture was taken on day three.  We were/are so excited to not have to go back there (and hopefully not for a long, long time).  I must say that the staff at MMC Infusion Therapy are the nicest people I have ever met.  I am so impressed.

Now it’s a pill version of a steroid (not the good kind) for a couple of weeks.  Keep your fingers crossed that he bounces back! We hope the lesion will decrease in size and stay away from that brain stem!

37 Weeks!

IMG_3785

How far along: 37 weeks, 4 days

Maternity clothes: I saw a girl at the hospital in a really cute jumper (who was pregnant) and was kind of jealous that she could buy spring clothes.  The sensible side of me won’t buy anything new…so it’s workout clothes and winter clothes. I look like a slob but I will be happy for myself when I have money to shop this summer! 🙂 P.S. Can anyone please start making cute clothes for 30 somethings that don’t involve 80’s colors or sleeveless?

Stretch marks: No.  The midwife commented on it this week how surprised she was. I’ll take it!!

Sleep: Pretty good.  I think my body is finally telling me to chill out, which is nice.  I slept in this morning and I’m taking lots of naps.  I know it’s coming soon!!

Best moment this week:  Doctor’s appointments are always pretty good.  Finding out I was negative for the Strep B test. Olivia is really long and is weighing about 7 pounds right now…. and the best part, she is starting to drop….which means she is on her way! Also, having a fire man install a car seat for me made me realize this was it!!

Miss anything: The great outdoors of the Dona Ana’s…and the fact that the Coyote Classic (mountain bike race) is this week and my normal grudge matches I have on that race are all going to be there.  Next year…. I tell you!

Morning sickness:  None

Movement: She slowed down on moving because she doesn’t have any room. The doctor was laughing because she is WAY spread out on my left side making herself all comfortable and pushing all my fluid to the right side of me.  She has such a long back and then curls her feet under and that’s why I keep getting her butt sticking out so much!

Food cravings: Cece’s Frozen Yogurt.  That place is dangerous!!

Anything making you queasy or sick: Just at night.  For some reason I wake up queasy.

Have you started to show yet: The good news is that I have remained at the same weight for the last three weeks, so I think this is going to be as big as I get.  I was having such a hard time with the weight on my legs this week.  My legs felt like they were going to snap like twigs!

Gender prediction: Girl.  Even though every person I run into in public asks if it is a boy because of how I am holding her.

Labor signs: She dropped!  And I have been getting a lot of Braxton Hicks and pelvic pain.  She is resting snugly on my pelvis right now as I type this.

Belly button in or out: Out. and flat. Gross.

Wedding rings on or off: Off.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Moody.  In fact, I am taking off work next week because of the meltdowns I have been having at work.  It’s mainly because I feel so useless there.  I have a student teacher, I sit around all day doing odds and ends and then I am constantly bombarded with questions like “Are you still here?”  “You still haven’t had the baby??” “How big are you going to get?” “Are you having twins?”.  And me being a crazy, emotional person gets all in a huff and takes it personally.  I know…it’s the hormones.

Looking forward to: Being able to turn over in bed. 🙂
